Payment & Delivery
All payments for our orders
are securely processed by CHAI THAI CORPORATION CO., LTD our online credit card
processing partner. ECOMOBI (THAILAND) CO., LTD. does not handle or have access
to your Credit Card information. After your payment has been successfully
completed and we received the funds, you will immediately get access to your
purchased Digital Products.
Refund & Return
Policy
1
Conditions of
return/refund request
Buyer agrees that Buyer may
request the Seller for return/refund only in the following cases:
a.
The Buyer has
completed the payment but (i) did not receive the product as grantee, or (ii)
did not receive all of the products in the order.
b.
The product is
defective or has a technical problem.
c.
The Seller
delivered wrong product to the Buyer.
d.
The Seller
agrees for the Buyer to
Buyer
may submit a return/refund request along with appropriate evidence to request a
return/refund within 07 (seven) days from the time the purchase order is
successfully delivered. Within 03 (three) days, the Seller is obligated to
respond to Buyer regarding such return/refund request.
ECOMOBI
(THAILAND) CO., LTD. is responsible for carefully consider the return/refund
requests of Buyer. In the event that the Seller fails to resolve Buyer’s reasonable
return/refund request, ECOMOBI (THAILAND) CO., LTD. reserves the right to make a final decision on
such request.

Right of the
Seller regarding the Refund & Return Policy
When
the Seller receives an unsatisfactory return/refund request from Buyer (e.g.
change of mind, provide untrue information/evidence, etc.), The Seller may
refuse Buyer’s return/refund request and should notify ECOMOBI (THAILAND) CO.,
LTD. of that situation. After reviewing
the information from the Buyer and the Seller, if it is found that the Seller’s
refusal is reasonable, ECOMOBI (THAILAND) CO., LTD. will notify the Buyer and protect the interest
of the Seller.

Condition of
the Return/Refund of the product
In
order to avoid problems arising in connection with the Return/Refund of the
product, while make a return/refund request, the Buyers are advised not to
copy, backup or propagate the Products.
If
Buyer’s return/refund request meets the return/refund condition set forth in
Section 1, the Seller shall be responsible for the costs incurred for the
return/refund process between two parties (if any).

Refund for the
Returned Product
a.
ECOMOBI
(THAILAND) CO., LTD. will only refund the
Buyer when the Buyer falls under one of the following circumstances: (i) the
Seller confirms with the refund, or (ii) the Buyer accepts no refund proposal
of the Seller, or (iii) Buyer’s Order is eligible for a return/refund under
Section 2 and the Seller agrees to Buyer’s return/refund request, in this case,
ECOMOBI (THAILAND) CO., LTD. determines
to refund Buyer when Buyer has returned the product to the Seller.
b.
ECOMOBI
(THAILAND) CO., LTD. will automatically
refund the Buyer in the event that the Seller does not respond within the time
period stated in Section 2.
c.
According to
different situation, the refund will be transferred to the Buyer’s account,
credit/debit card registered with ECOMOBI (THAILAND) CO., LTD.
d.
For the cases
of immediate refund requested by the Seller, the refund amount will be mutually
agreed upon by the Seller and the Buyer but must not be less than 50% of the
value of the product for which the return request arises.

Communication
between the Seller and the Buyer
ECOMOBI
(THAILAND) CO., LTD. encourages the
Buyer to actively contact the Seller to negotiate and resolve with each other
through the communication channels provided on the website when there are any
problems arising from the transaction between the Buyer and the Seller.

Dispute between
the Buyer and the Seller
In
the event that the Buyer and the Seller have a dispute about the return/refund
request and cannot agree on their own to resolve the arising dispute, ECOMOBI
(THAILAND) CO., LTD. will handle the dispute in accordance with the Dispute and
Complaint Resolution Process posted on website.
Warranty
The
website https://th.passio.eco/ is an intermediary website
connecting the Seller and Buyers, so ECOMOBI (THAILAND) CO., LTD. does not have warranty and maintenance policy
for products and services.
Depending
on its policy of providing products and services, each Seller will have (or
not) different warranty and maintenance policy. ECOMOBI (THAILAND) CO.,
LTD. encourages Buyers to learn about
the policy of Seller (if any) before conducting a transaction.
